Converting your wasted roof space into a functional, habitable space is a great option for increasing the size and amenity of your home, whilst minimising both large structural changes to your roof and maintaining the existing external appearance of your house.
This option is best suited to large roof spaces with ample height. This allows for a new floor structure to be built, whilst still achieving the minimum height requirements of 2.2m over 2/3s of the room.
Complete Turn Key Solution
Combined with one of our custom fixed staircase designs and multiple Velux windows, the end result is a safe, well ventilated and bright room. Ideal uses of conversions include playrooms, home offices, bedrooms and extra living areas. We can even put a bathroom up there!
The process starts with an inspection from one of our experienced building consultants who can take all of the appropriate measurements and advise of the area which can be achieved. Following the receipt of an estimate, you can then progress to design, engineering, fixed price costings, council approval and construction. Each project is different, but generally construction takes 6-12 weeks.
All initial inspections and estimates are obligation free.
